Polícia faz busca e apreensão contra filho de Betty Faria e Daniel Filho

João de Faria Daniel é investigado por envolvimento com tráfico de drogas

A Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro fez nesta sexta-feira, 20, uma operação para cumprir dois mandados de busca e apreensão, um deles contra o diretor de TV João de Faria Daniel, filho da atriz Betty Faria e do diretor Daniel Filho, no Leblon, Zona Sul da capital fluminense. O outro envolveu o empresário Leandro Martins de Almeida, na Barra da Tijuca, na Zona Oeste.

Foram apreendidos carro, relógios de luxo, computadores e celulares. Os dois são investigados pelo Departamento Geral de Combate à Corrupção, ao Crime Organizado e à Lavagem de Dinheiro por envolvimento com o tráfico de drogas. Eles seriam comparsas, segundo suspeita da unidade especializada.

Em março deste ano, Daniel foi alvo da Operação Celebrate, promovida pelo mesmo departamento em investigação sobre crimes de agiotagem e lavagem de dinheiro. Almeida é investigado pelos mesmos crimes. Ele e o irmão, Leonardo Martins Almeida, foram alvos da Operação Onzena, em setembro de 2018, na qual foram cumpridos mandados de busca e apreensão também por agiotagem e lavagem de dinheiro. Na época foram apreendidos um helicóptero, carros importados, joias, um relógio, documentos e computadores.

A reportagem não conseguiu contato com a defesa dos suspeitos.

A Polícia Civil da Paraíba, através do trabalho investigativo desenvolvido pela equipe da Delegacia de Defraudações e Falsificações da Capital, prendeu, no final da tarde desta sexta-feira (30), um dos mais conhecidos estelionatários de João Pessoa.

Segundo o delegado Carlos Othon, da DDF, Guilherme Campelo Rabay Neto, 31 anos, foi preso por força de mandado de prisão preventiva expedido pela 2ª Vara Criminal de João Pessoa. Essa já é terceira vez que Rabay é preso pelo crime de estelionato e um fato curioso é que dessa vez a prisão ocorreu no dia do seu aniversário.

Ainda segundo o delegado, Guilherme Campelo Rabay Neto já responde a 10 processos criminais pela prática de estelionato, além de dezenas de Boletins de Ocorrência que serão instaurados, os quais narram a compra e venda fraudulenta de veículos, utilizando-se de cheques sem provisão de fundos, adulterados, falsificados e até mesmo roubados. “Investiga-se, ainda, a suspeita de que o preso aluga veículos e vende como se fosse de sua propriedade”, ressaltou o delegado.

As investigações apontam que algumas vítimas eram ameaçadas por ele quando demonstravam interesse em delatar os fatos criminosos à Polícia. “Com o deferimento da cautelar de custódia preventiva, a equipe de investigadores da DDF/JP realizou, por dois dias, incansável vigilância e diligências, logrando êxito com a prisão na tarde de hoje”, concluiu.

A polícia encontrou Marcel em uma pousada em Porto Seguro, litoral da Bahia. Segundo a polícia, Marcel Bicalho, de 35 anos, movimentou quase um R$ 1 bilhão nos últimos três anos dando golpes financeiros.

Para criar esse “negócio gigantesco”, Marcel usava nome falso: Marcelo Matos. Nas redes sociais, ganhou fama de multiplicador de dinheiro. O suposto caminho da multiplicação incluía investimentos fora do Brasil e em bitcoins, uma moeda virtual.

Por que as pessoas acreditavam? Porque de fato os primeiros investimentos voltavam com juros. Era uma estratégia do golpista.
